Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 Vegan Chocolate Pudding (it is good too) One 12.3-ounce package lowfat firm silken tofu, drained 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, until thoroughly chilled.
