Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 Creamy Parmesan Cheese Sauce 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 3/4 cup milk dash of ground nutmeg and pepper Microwave cream cheese, milk and parmesan cheese in 1 quart measure. Microwave on medium 6 to 8 minutes or until sauce is smooth, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in seasonings. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
