Guest guest
I really love the new Lightlife frozen entrees. They are so yummy & healthy - the veggies are not mushy, and you get 2-3 servings of veg per entree plus whole grain pasta or brown rice. My digestion is so darn sensitive, and this provides the right kind of meal to keep me feeling ok. My favorites are the Indian one and the Asian Teriyaki. Guest guest
Time for another question of the week. This week Audrey came up with a good question to ask. Thank you. Idea: what's for lunch? I'm interested in which recipes make the best leftovers, which sandwiches hold up best when traveling to work or school, which convenient frozen dinners taste the best, and any other ideas people have for easy, quick lunches. I hope others will be intrested, too. Please join in and inspire others with your ideas. Judy
Guest guest
I'll have to look for these next time I go to Whole Foods. Here's the link to recipes on the Lightlife site (haven't explored yet) http://www.lightlife.com/recipes.jsp Jann happiestgirl wrote: > I really love the new Lightlife frozen entrees. Guest guest
I usually pack dinner leftovers or make a sandwich for lunch the night before to take to work the next day. I also make lots of soups during the winter and freeze in individual portions to take as well. I invested in some fit and fresh containers to make things easier. I figure if I have to brown bag it, I want to enjoy it! I actually look forward to lunch!
Guest guest
Today I'm having a small side salad with baby greens swiped from the garden (don't rat me out, I said rabbits stole some of the beet greens), tomato soup and a slice of an artesian loaf I made a couple of days go, drizzled lightly with olive oil and a little of my mozzarella cheese on top then grilled. *note to self* do not read yummy recipes from veg group till after eating breakfast. *banging head on monitor* Jeanne in GA
Guest guest
The Lightlife sounds good. But from their website: " Right now Lightlife frozen entrées are only available in grocery stores across the Mid–Atlantic and New York. " Not sure if this is true, I live in Chicago and have never seen them. Looks yummy.)
