Guest guest
Here is a good description of them. " They remind me of an un-holey multigrain bagel, only much thinner. > But it’s the texture that is so remarkable. It’s not really bread-like, nor bun-y, and it certainly does not have the chewiness of the aforementioned bagel. But one thing is for sure: It is tasty. Each Sandwich Thin has two parts, like a bun, but weighs in at only 100 calories. With 5 grams of fiber and only 1 gram of fat, Sandwich Thins might not be the best thing since sliced bread (come on, you knew I couldn’t resist), but they do bring a lot to the table. " The multigrain ones have Whole wheat Flour, ground corn, brown rice, oats, soybeans, barley, flaxseed, and millet! > Here are what the Sandwich Thins look like from Arnolds Bakery http://www.arnoldbread.com/thins/ & http://ronisweigh.com/2008/09/arnold-select-100-whole-wheat-sandwich-thins.html Earth grains Bakery http://earthgrains.com/Bread.aspx?v=thinBunsMultiGrain Pepperridge Farms calls their's Deli Thins http://www.pepperidgefarm.com/FreshBreadsGateway.aspx none of these brands contain HFS. Guest guest
When my children were younger I did the same thing with making two meals at once. However, as my children got older I stopped for awhile. Now that my children are teenagers and we are all going different places and I am the driver to my nine, I have started making two meals and using the other meal for lunch. It sure helps me out! ________________________________
