Hello Deanna Horseradish Carrots Recipe

Dojay,

I like the taste of this horseradish sauce.

As you've probably guessed , I used *2* Tablespoons of horseradish instead of

one, because I love the stuff.

I substituted Olive Oil for the butter and used brown sugar.

Instead of baby carrots, I cut organic carrots into rounds.

Thanks for the recipe.
