They seem like they would be good to keep at work in case you forget your lunch! I totally understand about needing snacks - though my work is not physically strenuous, I have to have a morning snack and an afternoon snack. I have only really caught on to this in the last couple of years (or maybe I just get worse as I get older?) If I go more than 3-4 hours without food, I get headachy and cranky. So I love snacks!
