I use it with Quorn, yummy! quorn chik'n cutlets preferably, or your favorite vegetarian chik'n cut up into pieces 1/2 cup dry wine, white or red 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons oil, olive, vegetable, corn, whatever you like 1 leek washed and sliced including green top 1 tablespoon tarragon 1 tablespoon oregano 1 tablespoon garlic powder angel hair pasta, cooked fresh mushroom slices, about 2 cups season salt *optional ( I sprinkle it on after the dish is done) 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons water in a saucepan add butter, oil and leek and mushrooms. Cook on medium high for about 4 minutes stirring occasionally. add wine and spices and chik'n of choice cook for about 5 minutes on medium low. add the cornstarch to the water and stir well. add to pot to thicken the sauce. ladle over pasta, YUM!!!!!! You can adjust the spices to your own liking. i always wind up adding more of this and that, I like very flavorful foods.
