Hi, Another Newbie!

I guess I best introduce myself also! Hi I'm Patti, from Ft Worth, Texas. I am

making the transition to being a vegetarian! Once my boys move out, I will take

the total plunge! (Which should be this summer) I don't have a recipe though

Hope that is ok?! That's why I'm here to get some wonderful vegetarian

recipes & when I do find one I like (from somewhere else) I will be sure to

share!

Welcome Patti,

don't worry, once you start cooking vegetarian, you will invent recipes

on your own. It's like, " hmm I wonder how this would taste with that? "

and you try it, and it rocks and you post it, LOL

don't feel pressured to post a recipe, its not a rule, just a suggestion

to get people going. Even if you never post a recipe, your comments on

other recipes are valued. All positive input is good, right?

I did make something this past weekend.. but didn't do measurements! It was a

veggie eggroll.

 

I used small eggplant, mushrooms, my own bean sprouts... something else cant

remember... rolled it up in an egg roll wrapper, cooked it in a little coconut

oil.. OH Man it was delish! I guess you could put what ever veggies you like &

wrap & cook!
