We are harvesting about half a pound a day snow peas (mixed with a few sugar

snaps) from my pole peas, they looks like they want to keep producing and now my

bush peas are starting to produce peas too! that is a lot of peas!

Snow peas freeze really well, (this is always a backup), however, fresh is best!

Any ideas for recipes using LOTS of snow peas? or any recipe using any snow

peas?

I steam them and slice them in salads, have made stir fries with them a lot,

just exploring other options I might have overlooked. Thanks in advance for

your creativity!

Add them to a smoothie and puree. I doubt you'd even taste them in it, but

would add good nutrition to your smoothie. Be sure and string the snow peas

first. I bet they would be good slivered up in a Gazpacho soup
