Hi -

 

I'm new to the list. I'm a mom of 5 vegetarian kids (well, one's not old

enough to eat much of anything yet, but he WILL be veg, once he gets his

teeth) I would say I'm mostly vegetarian ... my older kids desperately want

to go vegan but with so many of us to feed, I'm having hard time finding

recipes that everyone will eat that won't break the bank. My hubby is still

a die hard meat and potatoes kind of guy and we are all trying to convert

him so I'm also always on the lookout for veg recipes that will appeal to

him.

 

I saw someone asked about the topsy-turvy planters. We got one last year

for the first time and had a lot of success with it. It produced a lot more

tomatoes than the plants we had in the ground. This year, we're hoping to

try even more ... maybe the new strawberry planter they have, some peppers,

etc.
