Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Stir. Cover and steam saute the veggies for about 5- 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. Seitenbacher Vegetarian Vegetable Broth and Seasoning powder Mix the milk, water and broth seasoning in a bowl and heat for 3 minutes in the microwave. 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. Instant potato flakes 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes 1 T. Braggs Liquid Aminos Put the Broccoli mixture into your Vita-Mix Container. Layer in the cheese, potato flakes, nutritional yeast flakes, and Bragg's Liquid Aminos. Pour the broth mixture over all of it. Put on the lid and close completely. Start up the vitamix on setting 1 in the variable switch setting. Then turn up the dial all the way and flip the switch to the High setting. Set a timer for 4 minutes. The mixture will come almost to a boil. Pour the delicious creamy soup into soup mugs and enjoy.
