Guest guest Posted March 27, 2010 Report Share Posted March 27, 2010 2 cups snow peas, steamed and cooled 4 tbsp mirin 2 tsp rice vinegar 2 tbs grated ginger 1/4 cup minced cilantro 1/2 cup minced scallion greens 1 tsp minced hot green pepper (optionsl) Mix everything well, refrigerate for at least an hour and serve.
