I'am sorry i can speak English well ussually I'am not a vegetarians, and i join this group just want to know about vegetarians life. and for your information, we, as an Indonesian people have a vegetarian's food too. it called " gado-gado " . do you have taste this food. gado-gado is a food that made from vegetables and mix with a sauce that made form nut (sambal kacang) you can reserve a hot taste (spicy) or not spice. and you can see this food all over of Jakart-Indonisia and for your information too, indonesia also have many medicine dan made from Herbs, and it call " Jamu " or Fitopharmacy nice to meet you all Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The lady who made it had some fresh pineapple and grated coconut with it. Jamu has been around 1,300 years. Western medicine is a baby compared to that! We could learn much from studying Jamu.
