Guest guest Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 White Bean Chili Sauté: 2T Oil 1 Onion (chopped) 1T Garlic (chopped) 1 or 2 cans Green Chilis (chopped) – 4 oz cans Add: 1t ground Cumin 1 1/2t dried Oregano 2 cans Northern Beans (drained), I use homecooked if I have them 1 jar Green Tomatillo Sauce (Salsa Verde) – 18-24oz (I use Herdez green salsa) 1/4C fresh Cilantro (chopped) 3 C veggie broth (I like Imagine No-Chicken broth) 1 can shoepeg corn (drained) or 1 lb frozen corn Bring to boiling and simmer for a while, or place in slow cooker and cook until you are ready to eat.
