Guest guest Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 Hi everyone, I have to make a casserole for Sunday Brunch for a bunch of carnivores, and I'm wondering what I can swap in for the sausage. I've tried the Morningstar sausage before and it was just ok. I'd like something that mimics a spicy Italian sausage. Is there anything good out there? Thank you!!!
