Guest guest
Paprika Baked Red Potatoes 1 sticks butter or margarine About 2-1/2 lbs. Red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into bite-sized pieces Paprika or use smoked paprika Parsley Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan. Place cut potatoes in a large pot and pour butter over top, mixing to cover all. Turn potatoes onto a large cookie sheet with 1 " sides. Sprinkle liberally with paprika, covering every potato. Sprinkle parsley over top. If you like, you can salt and pepper, to taste, Bake at 400 degrees for about 40-50 minutes or until browning and crunchy on some bottoms. Don't bake too long or they will dry out. Using a spatula, stir potatoes around to loosen any that have stuck some to the pan.
