Welcome to the group! I have been a vegetarian for about 2 1/2 years

and at the beginning of the year, I cut way back on dairy (I still

like my cheese once a week). I, too, lost weight (5 lbs - all I wanted

to lose), and I have a lot more energy. You will find lots of support

and good recipies here!
