Guest guest Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 Pasta with Celery and Green Olives 1 lb. pasta of your choice, cooked according to package directions and drained 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped celery leaves 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. serves 4 to 6.
