Guest guest Posted March 30, 2010 Report Share Posted March 30, 2010 Mushrooms with Lemon Juice and Soy Sauce 2 tbsps. lemon juice 1 tbsp. soy sauce freshly ground pepper to taste 8 ozs. fresh mushrooms, sliced lettuce leaves for garnish Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl.
