Any weight loss ideas or tips you use?

I recently lost a bit over 2 stone (30 lbs) and the thing that really helped

me was to track absolutely everything that I ate. I thought that I had

already cut back on eating and was very surprised by the amount I was still

eating and then forgetting about. I got a programme for my Nintendo DS which

helped me to calculate calories, fats and sugars in what I was eating and I

weighed all my food for a while until I got used to being able to accurately

assess a smaller portion. Don't overdo the dairy produce as it is very

fattening. Perhaps you could sign up for the PCRM 21day vegan kickstart - it

Do as much exercise as you are able to - even if you move a little bit more

each day it will make a difference and help with the weight loss. I have a

step counter which helps me to monitor that.
