Guest guest
I am just learning this, so i will start with the hard veggies: carrots, broccoli, potatoes cut into pieces, just a bit larger than bite size. Experiment to your liking as far as doneness. put veggies in bowl and sprinle with oil of choice. add spices of choice. I do the potatoes separate but cook in the same pan. Only thing I do differently with them is add a lot of rosemary and dill, i still add the garlic powder. sprinkle on spices of your choice, thyme, oregano, sage, garlic and onion powder, black pepper..... and experiment i add spices to the broccoli and carrots but not the dill and rosemary, but all the rest, like oregano, just slight, garlic powder heavy, onion powder heavy, and soem basil and thyme, seasoned salt, and to the potatoes I add the rosemary and dill. bake in a preheated oven at 450 for about a half hour, or less or more to your desired doneness. ROCKS! my 12 year old thanks me! blessings, Chanda Maria
