Let us know what the restaurant said when you called.

I hope they will make something up for you. You don't want your date to think

you're picky and can't find anything to eat after he went to the trouble of

finding a nice place to take you.

Have fun,

Donna

I woek at Chilis. We will discount for not adding meat, plus we have

a wonderful veggie burger you can add in place of meat on any of our items.

You just have to ask. We also have alot of vegetarian choices..:)

A womans place is on a horse.

Exactly, I don't want him to think I am picky! I did call and the guy

acted like he had never heard a request like that before but said they

could grill vegetables for pasta, and that they have eggplant

parmesan, so I thinkI will try their eggplant parm, maybe leave the

cheese off (I did that a couple of weeks ago at home and didn't miss

the cheese)

Exactly! Even though it's not my favorite kind of food, it is good

that I know where we are going so I can plan ahead! Still don't know

what I am going to wear, though... hmph.

While our nearest Chilis is a bit of a drive from here, this is good to know. I

would definitely try a veggie burger and would remember what it was like for the

next time. I am surprised they do discount for leaving off meat on an entree.

Do ALL Chilis Restaurants do that?

Thanks for the info!

Peace!

I will go to chili's next time. I wonder if the menu is the same everywhere.

I haven't been there in a long time, but as I remember the Chili's here in

Anchorage did not have much a vegetarian could eat. I did not ask about the

vegie burger.

Thanks for telling us.

Dinner was good - I had eggplant parmesan, which was good. I may be

biased, but between me and the group, I think my eggplant parm is

almost as good. :) The restaurant did slice the eggplant a little

thinner than I do, I think I will try that next time...

Oh yeah, and the company was good, too! :)
