I always ask the server how much they are going to charge me with no meat. If they are going to charge the same thing, I tell them to leave it raw and put it in a to-go box and give it to someone who will eat it. I am not going to pay for food they keep. If I get something with eggs on it and they don't have egg beater, I do the same thing. I tell them to bring them raw, still in the shell in a to=go box. They laugh at me, but I do it anyway.
