one part wine

one part soy sauce

one part water

brown sugar to taste, add a lot. brown sugar can look like a lot but

melt down to be less.

garlic powder to taste

a few squirts of vegetarian " Thai " fish " sauce " *optional but really good

cornstarch and water mixed equal parts

add ingredients except for the cornstarch and water mix to saucepan.

heat and thicken to your liking with the cornstarch and water mix. This

tastes just like teriyaki sauce, on;y better. I always add the Veg

" fish " sauce squirts.

This sauce is good on anything, especially meat subs like " chik'n "

I use it on top of my Quorn roasts, and sometimes I cut up a Quorn roast

into ieces for stir fry ad add this sauce, sometime I just dump it right

on top of the quorn roast in the last 20 minutes of cooking time.

Blessings,

Chanda Maria
