Guest guest Posted April 6, 2010 Report Share Posted April 6, 2010 Taco Mashed Potatoes 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes 2 tablespoons taco seasoning 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend Stir the taco seasoning into the hot mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the cheese.
