Virginia West Aussie Do you stir the garbanzo beans during that 60 to 90 minutes of steaming? I LOVE garbanzo beans! I usually just cook them in water like regular beans but can't wait to try this. I have a very large, vintage steamer....probably made between 1930 to 1950.....that is deep.
