Welcome back Dena. I'm love cheese and vanilla and plain Yogurt. You just

can't beat the Cabot and Stonyfield brands. Dannon Naturals vanilla yogurt

in the qt. size container is also delicious! I think it would have to be a

threat of life for me too.

Most mornings I have vanilla yogurt mixed with granola or Post Selects cereal,

sliced fresh fruit(usually apples or berries), some Walnuts, shelled hemp seeds,

and raw pumpkin seeds, stirred together.

It is so delicious and healthy.

We have just got in some Greek yogurt, Dannon and Stonyfield.  Yummy!  I love

the thick, rich flavor and so do my cats.  I give them a healthy dosage daily so

their digestive tracks stay healthy as well.  I love granola in my yogurt as

well, but I get Cascadia Farms Organic version as it is the only one in my WM

and it is organic and really good in my steel cut oats too!!  I have  fresh

pecans from my grandmother's yard, so those are yummy in it too with a touch of

brown sugar and milk of course.

Thanks for welcoming me back,

Dena
