Avocados - Mary

I love avocado's too. I diced up two fresh one tonight to go with our tossed

salad. So good. I'm going to have the other 2 avocado's tomorrow, made into

avocado salad. My daughters love it.

I have to leave the onions out of theirs. What's the matter with onions? LOL

Avocado sandwiches are great. Your bread sounds good and hearty. That's the

best for sandwiches in my book. LOL

I don't know. I love them, but my daughter is always calling me, trying

to decide what to make her family for dinner. When I make suggestions,

they usually include onion...but she's always out of onions. " How can

you run out of a staple like that, " I ask her. I can't fathom cooking

without onions and garlic. LOL.

Me, either! I go thru at least 9 lbs. of onions a month and at least two

heads of garlic cloves. Total staples.
