Guest guest Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 Lentil Potato Burgers 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup water 2 cups lentils, cooked, mashed 2 cups potatoes, mashed 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 1 tsp. parsley 1 1/2 tsp. sage 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/8 tsp. black pepper Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Saute the onion and celery in water about 10 minutes. Combine in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
