Guest guest Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 Thanks for the recipe. I made the most delicious mashed potatoes in my digital pressure cooker. I just cut them up like you do for regular stove top boiling potatoes and added 5 cloves of garlic, salt, and pepper, then cooked them for 6 minutes in my pressure cooker. The pressure cooker just infused the flavor of the garlic, salt, and pepper into the potatoes so wonderfully. Oh they were so great, especially after I added the butter and whipping cream. They weren't low fat, but oh so comforting!!! They would make great potato pancakes. The pressure cooker is such a wonderful invention that every home should have!
