I bought two of them thinking I would use one fresh and dry the other, but I found myself short on a skimpy bunch of kale for my kale spelt dish, so I used an entire bunch of parsley in it, too. I gotta say, it is delicious. I can't imagine why I haven't used it in large quantities more often. Anybody have recipes using large amounts of parsley?
