Guest guest
I'm in L.A. I probablty starting eating them at birth. Tha Haas with the bumpy skin is the best. If the skin is darkish and the avocado feel a bit soft to the touch, not mushy, press the top tip, if it presses in a little then the avocado is ripe. You can't always tell by pressing the body of the avocado, sometimes the skin is thick and the avocado might be just right. This works every single time for me. You can cut out the black circles in your ripe avocados, mash them and make guacamole.
