Hi,

My name is Tootsie and I am new to the way of life. I did the 21 day kick start

challange and did well, mostly.I was eating too may pita chips and hummus and

other uninspired foods. I wish I could say I ended up with boundless energy,

glowing skin and an all around feeling of health, but not so. I have modified

my plan a bit and have added eggs and some low fat dairy.

 

I joined to get ideas for meals that don't require me to travel to the ends of

the earth to find ingredients and that I don't have to refinance my house to

buy. I would like to hear how real people eat and who might be on budgets and

not like some of these celebrity vegans who must spend 200 a week for food

(well, maybe I'm stretching that a bit (LOL)
