Get a small bottle of your favorite essential oil. Put some on a few cotton

balls and toss in the vacuum cleaner bag and vacuum away as you wake up your

home with a nice fresh scent.

My favorite is blood orange.

That is such an awesome idea!!  I already dust the carpets with baking soda to

pull the cat and bird smells out, but putting essential oils into the air sure

beats those scented carpet refresheners.  Thanks a bunch!!

Could put a few drops of eo into the baking powder before you put it onto the

carpet. Also try a few drops of May Chang (litsea cubea) in you mop bucket and

garbage bin. A few drops only because it is very strong.
