Baked Barley Grits and Cheese Contributed by Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods Ingredients 1 3/4 Cups Vegetable 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt 3/4 Cup Barley Grits/Meal 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese 3 Eggs well beaten 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot 1/2 Cup Minced Celery 1/4 Cup Minced Onion http://www.bobsredmill.com/recipes_detail.php?rid=1235 Tomato Gravy 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained 1/2 cup evaporated milk salt and pepper to taste Brown flour in butter.
