Guest guest Posted April 15, 2010 Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 The one I use has a little Earth Balance (other margarine would work). I think it makes the glaze shinier. I also put orange zest in it if I can. Remember to use organic oranges for zest due to the potential for pesticides on the skin of conventional oranges.
