Guest guest Posted April 15, 2010 Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 Creole Wax Beans 2 to 3 cups wax beans, cooked 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 tablespoons cooking oil 1 tablespoon flour 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Cook onion and green pepper in oil until onion is tender yellow.
