Guest guest Posted April 16, 2010 Report Share Posted April 16, 2010 Stir and Drop Sugar Cookies 3 egg whites 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tsps. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon rind 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups flour 2 tsps. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg whites with fork. Stir in oil, vanilla and rind. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt, blend in. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 " apart on ungreased sheet. Flatten with oiled bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
