dice two cups of fresh carrot and place them in a cooking bowl add 10 cashew

nuts along with four cups of milk boil for 15 to 20 minutes until the carrot is

done allow it to cool a bit and churn in a mixer until it is smooth without

lumps now add this thick liquid to half litre of milk and bring it to boil

stirring continuously add one cup of sugar and a pinch of

cardamom powder and again boil it.sugar can be added according to taste The

desert is ready
