Guest guest Posted April 18, 2010 Report Share Posted April 18, 2010 When I make asparagus, I trim away the woody ends then I take a skillet and cover the bottom with some olive oil turn the heat to medium add the asparagus toss with the oil to coat add some salt and pepper add some veggie broth, cover the pan an cook until just tender turn the stove off and serve.
