Portobello Avocado Wrap 2 tbsp cream cheese or soy cream cheese 1 your favorite tortilla for wraps 1 portobello mushroom, sliced 1/2 avocado OR 1 " 100 calorie " packet Wholly Guacamole 2 green onions handful of fresh spinach Saute or grill portobello. Spread tortilla with cream cheese, and slice green onions on top of it. Add avocado or guacamole.
