I'd cook it for an hour or so, until the lentils are the tenderness you

prefer.

Just now made this.  Wonderful.

 

I use a Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker.  So fun!  Let it sit on an electric burner

at medium high (about 7).  Turn on a second burner at med low (about 2.5). 

Bring to first red line, move to second burner, leave sit on second burner for

10 minutes.  After 10 minutes, remove from heat and use natural release method.

 

Wow, the house is filled with wonderful teasing aroma of this stew.  Good

stuff!  Melts in your mouth!
