Guest guest Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 Vegetable Loaf 1/2 cup cooked green peas 1/2 cup cooked green beans 1/2 cup cooked carrots 1 to 1-1/2 cups milk 1 egg 1 cup soft bread crumbs (might need a little more) 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp paprika Press peas through a sieve, cut beans into small pieces, then combine all vegetables. Add milk and slightly beaten egg, crumbs and seasoning. Turn into greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven (375F) until firm, about 30 minutes.
