I'm mainly interested in raw food recipes, but I also love to eat vegetarian. I'm very happy with just a vegetable stock loaded with shredded cabbage, cooked for 10 minutes. I'm trying my best to keep salt out of my cooking. I tried eating raw for a couple of weeks, and really noticed the difference, but it was hard to stick to it.
