Hi, My name is Pat and I am in Orlando, Florida. I am interested in the

vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. I recently did the Atkins diet and knew that

all that meat eating was not for me. I do fine on the weekends...my problem

is packing a lunch for work. I just never know what to take. I am hoping

for some good suggestions. I would really like to be able to maintain this

lifestyle.

Welcome...You have obviously discovered Morningstar foods. How about that

bacon?

 

For lunch...Try Hummus on a sandwich...or as a dip with carrots, celery, etc.

Cheeses if you eat cheese still. Tomato/lettuce sandwich...peanut butter..(and

apples).

Veg. chili..if you can heat in Microwave...veg soups, too.
