I recently did the Atkins diet and knew that all that meat eating was not for me. I do fine on the weekends...my problem is packing a lunch for work. I just never know what to take. For lunch...Try Hummus on a sandwich...or as a dip with carrots, celery, etc. Cheeses if you eat cheese still. Tomato/lettuce sandwich...peanut butter..(and apples).
