I have used EnerG egg replacer and ground flax seed to replace the eggs.

Both have been okay, but I would like to do a side-by-side test of the same

recipe to see which I like best.

 

I also have LOVED the cookbook " Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. " Yummy

cupcakes - both vegans and nonvegans have loved them.
