Guest guest Posted April 28, 2010 Report Share Posted April 28, 2010 Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Dip 3 bulbs garlic 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp. dried basil 2 tbsps. olive oil salt and pepper 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Slice off the top of the garlic bulbs to expose most of the cloves. 3. Transfer garlic bulbs into an oven proof pan and drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them and roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until golden. 4. After removing from the oven, squeeze out the softened garlic. 5.
