Guest guest
I played around with several different recipes, and came up with this one. I love it, trying it tonight with tofu. Spicy Peanut Sauce 2/3 c. peanut butter 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/3 c. water 3 tbsp sugar (or less, depending upon how sweet your peanut butter is) 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp hot chili sauce (plus more to taste) Heat all ingredients and stir until peanut butter is melted and mixed in. Serve over noodles and vegetables, and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime juice. Serves about 3. Audrey
Guest guest
sounds delicious. I love peanut sauces like this over noodles. Stir in some dry roasted peanuts too for a nice crunch.!
