AJ Salad of the Three Greens 3 ripe avocados 1 10 ounce bunch of fresh spinach 1 medium head of Boston lettuce Honey and Lime Dressing, recipe below 1/2 cup toasted sesame seed Wash and clean the spinach and lettuce, drain, tear into pieces. Chill until time to make the salad. Make the salad. Peel avocados, remove seed and cut into slices Toss avocado and greens with the dressing. Sprinkle the sesame seed on top. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Honey and Lime Dressing; Make ahead and chill: 1/4 cup each: salad oil, honey, lemon and lime juice. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of grated lemon peel and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
