Guest guest Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 Mac Salad 1 cup Cooked Elbow Macaroni,Cooled 1 Hard-Cooked Egg,Chopped (optional) 2 Tblsp Celery,Chopped 2 Tblsp Onion,Chopped 3 Tblsp Mayonnaise or soy mayo 1 tsp Sugar (optional) 1 tsp Vinegar 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Prepared Mustard Pepper To Taste Salt 1. Combine all ingredients 2 Stir lightly 3. Cover and chill several hours before serving. Serving Idea: Serve on crisp, fresh spinach or lettuce leaves.
